How do I go about renting a unit?
To rent a storage unit, simply visit our office during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM and Saturday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM). We’ll review a brief rental agreement, explain our facility policies, and help you select the right unit for your needs.
Once your rental is complete, you’ll receive a facility map, be shown the location of your unit, and be provided with your personal gate access code. We’ll also explain how the gate system works so you can access your unit with confidence.
The entire process typically takes just 10–15 minutes.
Are there any move in specials that I should be aware of?
We offer two great storage specials:
- Move-In Special: Pay for 3 months in advance and receive your 4th month free.
- Annual Savings Special: Pay for 12 months in advance and receive your 13th month free.

What kind of units do you offer?
We offer three types of storage options to meet a variety of needs:
- Drive-Up Storage Units – Convenient ground-level units with direct vehicle access for easy loading and unloading.
- Climate-Controlled Storage Units – Indoor units designed to help protect temperature-sensitive items from extreme heat, cold, and humidity.
- RV, Boat, and Vehicle Storage – Spacious outdoor parking areas for RVs, boats, trailers, and other oversized vehicles.

When can I access my unit?
Enjoy convenient access to your storage unit seven days a week from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. When you rent a unit, you’ll be provided with a personal gate access code, giving you secure and easy access to the facility whenever you need it during access hours.
Do you have climate-controlled units?
Yes, we offer a variety of climate-controlled storage units located within several indoor buildings throughout our facility. These units are housed inside enclosed, temperature-regulated buildings to help protect sensitive belongings from extreme weather conditions.
Please note that climate-controlled units are not drive-up accessible. To access your unit, you’ll enter the building through a secure exterior entrance and then proceed to your storage unit inside.
Are there any extra fees?
A one-time, non-refundable administration fee of $20.00 is due when you sign your rental agreement and begin your tenancy.
Late Payment Policy: Monthly payments are due on the 1st of each month. Customers have until the 5th of the month to make their payment in full. A late fee will be assessed to any account with an outstanding balance beginning on the 6th of the month.
Are there any discounts you offer?
Yes, we are proud to offer a 5% military discount as a thank you to active-duty service members, veterans, and military families for their service. Please contact our office or present valid military identification when renting a unit to learn more and confirm eligibility.
Am I locked into a long term commitment?
No, you are not locked into a long-term commitment. All rentals are month-to-month, giving you flexibility to stay as long as you need without a long-term contract.
When you move in, rent is prorated so you only pay for the remaining days in that month. After that, rent is billed on the 1st of each month going forward.
What can NOT be stored in a unit?
For safety and compliance reasons, the following items are not permitted to be stored in any unit:
Firearms, weapons, hazardous or flammable materials, explosives, solid waste, toxic waste, or any illegal items are strictly prohibited. In addition, live animals are not allowed to be kept in storage units under any circumstances.
Do I provide my own lock?
Yes, you are responsible for having a lock on your unit. We do sell locks in our facility, but you are allowed to use your own lock. We do check for locks on regular walk thru’s of the facility.
How often do you raise your prices?
We may periodically adjust rental rates by a small percentage on an annual basis to reflect operating costs and facility improvements.
If a rate change applies to your unit, you will receive a written notice by mail at least 30 days in advance, typically around April.
Do you require insurance?
Renter’s insurance is not required to rent a unit at our facility. However, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to stored items.
We do not provide insurance coverage directly, but we strongly recommend securing a renter’s insurance policy through a third-party provider for added protection and peace of mind.
When is my payment due?
All rent payments are due on the 1st of each month. Tenants have until the end of the day on the 5th to pay in full without penalty.
Any payments received after the 5th will be subject to a late fee beginning on the 6th of the month.
How can I make a payment?
We offer several convenient payment options for tenants. Payments can be made in person using cash, check, money order, or credit/debit card. You may also pay over the phone or online using a credit or debit card.
For added convenience, autopay is available and will automatically process your payment on the 1st of each month.
Who removes the snow in the winter?
We provide on-site plowing for the facility; however, tenants are responsible for shoveling the area directly in front of their individual unit.
Shovels are available in the office, and salt is also provided during office hours to help maintain safe access during winter conditions.
Do I need to give 30 days notice when I am leaving?
Tenants may provide 30 days’ notice of intent to vacate, but it is not required.
To avoid additional charges, you must notify our office that your unit has been fully emptied and your lock has been removed by the end of the month. If the unit is not officially vacated by that time, rent will be billed for the following month.
