FAQs

How do I go about renting a unit?

You come into our office (open 9 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday, 9 am to 1 pm Saturdays) and we go over a short rental agreement and our facility rules.  You will receive a map and shown where your unit is.  We will also give you your personal gate code and explain how the gate system works.  The whole process takes just 10-15 minutes.

We have pay upfront for 3 months, get the 4th month for free move in special.  We also have an everyday special of pay upfront for 12 months, get the 13th month free.

We have three different types of units: Drive up storage units, indoor climate controlled storage units and RV/Boat (oversize) outside parking.

Call or email for pricing.

Customers can access their unit seven days a week from 6 AM until 10 PM with their personal gate code that is provided to them when signing their lease.

Yes, we have several buildings with climate-controlled units. These units are not drive-up accessible so you will have to enter a smaller door to enter the building to get to your unit.

For new tenants, there is a $20.00 non-refundable administration fee due when you begin your rental agreement.

Late fee policy: Customers have until the 5th of the month to make their payment in full; on the 6th of the month a late fee is applied.

We offer a 5% military discount.

No, our contracts are month to month.  We prorate when you move in, so you only pay from the day you move in to the end of the month.  After that, rent is charged the 1st of each month.

Firearms, weapons, hazardous or flammable material, explosives, solid waste or toxic waste are NOT permitted to be stored in the units.  No live animals in units.

Yes, you are responsible for having a lock on your unit.  We do sell locks in our facility, but you are allowed to use your own lock.  We do check for locks on regular walk thru’s of the facility.

We typically raise prices of our units by a small percentage on an annual basis. You will be mailed a letter one month in advanced letting you know of the percentage increase, typically around April.

Our facility does not require that you get renters insurance for your unit, however we are not liable for what happens in your unit.  We do not offer insurance, we would encourage you to get renters insurance through a third-party.

All payments are due on the 1st on the month. Tenants have until the end of the day on the 5th of the month to make their rent payment without late fees. On the 6th of the month late fees are applied.

Tenants can make payments in person using cash, check, money order or credit/debit card. Tenants can also make payments over the phone or online using credit/debit card. Autopay is an option as well and will be processed on the 1st of each month.

We have plow drivers on site, however you are responsible for shoveling in front of your own unit. There are shovels in the office as well as salt during office hours.

You can give us 30 days notice of intent to vacate, but you are not required to.  You need to let us know that you have emptied your unit and removed your lock by the end of the month, or you will be charged for the following month.
