I rent a climate controlled indoor unit to store my samples, and what sets them apart is their willingness to help in ways most places simply wouldn’t. When my sample shipments arrive, their staff places the materials directly into my unit for me, saving me an incredible amount of time and effort.
In addition to my business use, we also rent a parking space for our personal ATV trailer. The team was extremely helpful in finding us a spot that makes it easy to maneuver in and out, which we really appreciate.
The facility is clean, convenient, and well-managed, but it’s the customer service that truly stands out. The staff consistently go the extra mile, and that level of care is hard to find. I highly recommend Hamburg Self Storage for both personal and business needs.
I have been renting a storage unit at Hamburg storage since 2012. Every employee I have encountered has been very knowledgeable, understanding, professional and very pleasant to deal with. Everyone there always seems happy to help. I have had 0 issues that were not able to be resolved quickly. The only issue I can remember was with the fob to open the automatic gate. It was resolved quickly and have had no problems since then. Kudos to all of the staff. The company picked the best! Customer service at this facility is the best! Keep up the good work.
