Stop by our office (open Mon–Fri 9am–6pm, Sat 9am–1pm). We’ll walk you through a short rental agreement, give you a facility map, show you your unit, and issue your personal gate code. The whole process takes just 10–15 minutes.
Tenants can access their units 7 days a week from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM using their personal gate code provided at sign-up.
New tenants pay a one-time $20 non-refundable administration fee at move-in. Rent is due on the 1st of each month; a late fee is applied starting on the 6th if payment hasn’t been received.
No. All leases are month-to-month. We prorate your first month so you only pay from the day you move in to the end of that month. After that, rent is billed on the 1st of each month.

Everyone there always seems happy to help. I have had 0 issues that were not able to be resolved quickly. The only issue I can remember was with the fob to open the automatic gate. It was resolved quickly and have had no problems since then. Kudos to all of the staff. The company picked the best! Customer service at this facility is the best! Keep up the good work.
